...Flood Watch in effect from Monday evening through late Tuesday

The National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan has issued a

* Flood Watch for portions of south central Wisconsin and
southeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in south
central Wisconsin, Dane, green, and rock. In southeast
Wisconsin, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Walworth,
and Waukesha.

* From Monday evening through late Tuesday night

* repeated round of moderate to heavy rainfall during the watch

* Small rivers and streams will rise quickly. Some urban and low
land flooding is possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
flood warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central
Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Dense fog may push into southern Wisconsin with visibilities of
1/2 mile or less Monday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Sunday

An Ice Storm Warning is in effect for later Monday afternoon
through Tuesday. An extended period of freezing rain may lead to
significant icing north of a line from Lone Rock to Columbus to
Sheboygan. This will impact travel during these periods and may
cause power outages.

A Flood Watch is in effect. Heavy rain is expected across parts of
south central and southeast Wisconsin Monday into Tuesday night.
The rain, combined with the melting snowpack and frozen ground,
will cause some rivers and streams to rise. Localized flooding is
also possible.

There is a slight chance of thunderstorms across southeast
Wisconsin Monday afternoon and evening.


Spotter activation will not be needed.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Plan on strong south winds over the nearshore waters through
midnight. A Gale Warning is in effect north of Port Washington. A
Small Craft Advisory is in effect to the south.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Sunday

Small craft conditions will be reached at times Monday through
Wednesday as low pressure moves into and east of the area.

Fog is expected Monday into Monday night.
